Building the AI-Native Business
Michael has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, including roles as CEO and CTO at technology companies. That experience — shipping products, building teams, running operations — is what he brings to AI engineering. He understands the business context, not just the technology.
Talking Agents grew out of a straightforward observation: AI agents and machine learning can do real work, but most companies need hands-on engineering help to get from idea to production. Not a report. Not a proof of concept that sits on a shelf. Working systems in real environments.
Today, Michael embeds directly with client teams to build AI agent systems and ML solutions. Recent work spans predictive maintenance for industrial operations, recommendation systems in gaming, agent development for SaaS companies, and AI strategy consulting for enterprise software providers.
